She has a passion for helping people develop the skills they want to assist them to live the balanced life they desire and is especially keen to help young adults gain the confidence and direction they need to transfer from education into the world of work.

Soozi is an established facilitator and coach with over 17 years’ experience. She uses her unique combination of skills at international level working with many different groups and cultures, therefore adding value through enabling individuals to realise their potential.

She has a passion for experiential learning using her energy and enthusiasm to engage individuals and groups to raise the bar. She has run several successful businesses prior to going into the world of consulting and training and believes that transferring practical learning to use in the real world is vital, for success in a career and life.
