Alison has over 20 years’ experience in the financial and commercial business sectors with core skills of business integration, systematic training and people development programs.

A qualified coach, mentor and NLP practitioner and member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs as a mentor.

She has a passion for helping people develop the skills they want to assist them to live the balanced life they desire and is especially keen to help young adults gain the confidence and direction they need to transfer from education into the world of work.

Liz Jenkins

Liz Jenkins is a practising psychologist with an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London. Liz is skilled at coaching individual clients to explore potential career futures, develop personal management and career building competencies particularly at points of change and transition. Liz holds Graduate membership of the British Psychological Society and holds British Psychological Society (BPS) certificates of competence in the use of Ability tests (formerly Level A) and Personality tests (formerly Level B).

She also holds an honours degree in education with a science specialism from the University of Bath.

As an experienced educator with over 25 years of working with young people and adults, Liz is a persuasive communicator to small and large audiences. She enjoys working with organisations and individuals collaboratively to identify and develop potential.
