Alison has over 20 years’ experience in the financial and commercial business sectors with core skills of business integration, systematic training and people development programs.

A qualified coach, mentor and NLP practitioner and member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs as a mentor.

She has a passion for helping people develop the skills they want to assist them to live the balanced life they desire and is especially keen to help young adults gain the confidence and direction they need to transfer from education into the world of work.

As a specialist career counsellor and coach Liz can work with you to explore your strengths, ambitions and identify your priorities to enable you to discover a career that will match your skills, abilities and personal values.

Support is available to identify and sort through information, give advice on appropriate pathways and support the decision making process. She is skilled at facilitating clients to develop personal management and career building competencies particularly at points of change and transition.

Liz holds an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from the University of London as well as graduate membership of the British Psychological Society. Liz is a registered professional member of the Career Development Institute.
